Heaven is a diptych — two paintings made as a pair and meant to be seen together. Two figures move among the vines, surrounded by grapes, leaves and open sky, each turned toward the other across the space between them.
One figure is warm and red, the other golden; their gestures echo one another, like a call and its answer. The vines, fruit and light draw on the imagery of paradise — a garden of abundance, movement and life.
